How To Get Into Blocked Websites In School

Bored at school, and want to get around the internet filter? Learn how to bypass school internet filters and unblock blocked websites.

Schools often attempt to block access to popular websites for a number of reasons. It only makes sense that they don't want you to visit sites that feature pornography or information regarding criminal activities such as drug use. However, it seems like they are blocking more and more sites that don't really cause any harm such as Bebo, MySpace, Facebook, YouTube, Tagged, and Yahoo. Being able to access these sites could really make a boring class go by a bit quicker.

This is really easy, just go to a proxy site, type url and click Surf or Go . Proxy Sites do let you to connect to their server first before you reaching to the destination URLs. If you want to know more, here is link "What Is A Proxy Server And How To Use It" for post where I wrote about proxy servers.

Below is list of the proxy sites , which might work for you.

What Is A Proxy Server And How To Use It

Instructions on how to use a web proxy server with a variety of browsers.

Proxies are store-and-forward caches. When you configure your web browser to use a proxy, it never connects to the URL. Instead, it always connects to the proxy server, and asks it to get the URL for you. Proxies can be used as a sort of firewall, because it isolates you from connecting to the Internet. When you use a proxy server, your computer will send a request to the proxy server, then the proxy server will send it to the destination (for example a website), the destination will answer the request the proxy has sent and finally the proxy will return the data to you computer. For example when you visit pc-tips-hacks.blogspot.com vie proxy, it looks like this:

Why should you use proxy servers?

  • Using proxy server you can bypass security/ parental controls
  • To scan transmitted content before delivery for malware.
  • Proxy server is able to increase or decrease the speed of your connection to the Internet depending on the location of the proxy
  • Proxy server ( but only anonymous) can hide your IP address (the resource you visit will retrieve the IP of the proxy, and not your
  • Proxy servers can help in case some owner of an Internet resource impose restrictions for users from certain countries ( for example hulu.com is only reserved for those from United States, if you are not from United States, you can’t watch videos on hulu.com)

How to use a proxy server?

It is simple, just follow these instructions for Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer

2. In the Menu bar, select Tools, then Internet Options

3. After that click the Connection tab

4. In the Connection tab, on the bottom , you will find LAN settings;

5. In LAN tab, check "Use a proxy server for your LAN (These settings will not apply to dial-up or or VPN connections)", in Address add the IP Addresses of the proxy you would like to use, and add Port, and finally click OK. It looks like this:

In this example i am using an anonymous proxy server from United Kingdom with this IP address: 64.66.192.61 and port 80. Here you can find a free proxy list. These are free proxy servers. For more free proxies, just google "free proxy server list".

The same is for Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox

2. In Menu bar, select Tools, then Options…

3. After this will appear Options window, click Advanced tab

4. In Advanced tab, you will find Settings, click it

5. In Settings tab, check Manually proxy configuration, in HTTP Proxy add IP addresses from proxy server, and add Port, you can also set sites where you wont't use proxy server. For Example if you are from Germany, no sense to use a proxy server for German sites.
In the end click Ok;

I used the same proxy server(therefore the same address) also for Mozilla.

Instructions for Netscape:

1. Select the Tools Menu
2. Select Options

Top Sites to Find All The Serials You Need

Some of The Best Crack/Keygen Sites That Are Safe To Use.

Today there are many people out there who still prefer to use pirated software. It's especially common among users who live outside the U.S. When you download your program or game you might need the serial to remove the trial period. Blindly searching the web for cracks and keygens is about as smart as using Limewire to search for antivirus software – something not well-advised. Undoubtedly and unfortunately, the number of crack sites with overtones of a malicious agenda heavily outweigh sites that just want to serve up the honest goods. Having said that, there actually are quite a few creditable 'crack' sites that won't try to bombard you with full-screen popup ads, or commandeer your computer into a spam-loving Kraken or Srizbi Botnet army. Here i want to present you a list of "clean" crack sites for all the latest warez to unlock your software.

Please note that the site reviews herein only include information about each site, not the contents of the 'cracks' themselves. Always use a reputable antivirus and antispyware program on cracks & keygens before using them.

Here is my list of Safe and Malicious Crack/KeyGen Sites:

www.keygen.in

www.smartserials.com

www.keygenguru.com - Popular site with hundreds of thousands of results.

www.serialkey.net

www.zcrack.com

www.subserials.net

www.serialportal.com

supercracks.net

www.serialcrackz.com

www.serials.be

www.cracktop.com

www.cracksfm.com

www.cracklib.net

www.crackdb.org - The site itself is safe, however; many affiliate links are on the 'do-not-visit' list. When searching, skip past the first results (with the prices).

How to find the IP address of the email sender in Yahoo! Mail

Guide to tracking of emails to find sender's IP address using email headers.

In this tutorial i shall be writing about the trick to get the IP Address of sender in Yahoo Mail. This is useful if someone is spamming your inbox with junk mail or any other reason you may have to find the location of the email sender.

After you find out the IP address of the sender you just have to use a location lookup service to find the exact location (country, city, etc) of the sender. You should also read: How to Track the location of an IP address.

Note: You won't be able to find the real IP address if the sender uses an anonymous proxy server.

Here is a step by step guide to get the IP address of an email sender in Yahoo! Mail:

1. Log into your Yahoo! mail with your username and password.
2. Click on Inbox or any folder where you have stored your mail.
3. Open the mail
4. At the bottom right region of the email, you'll see there is a drop-down option "Full Headers". If you can't find it press Ctrl+F and search for "header".

5. Click on it and look for Received: from followed by the IP address between square brackets [ ].

6. That should most likely be the IP address of the sender. If there are many instances of Received: from with the IP address, select the IP address in the last pattern. If there are no instances of Received: from with the IP address, select the first IP address in X-Originating-IP.

Now, you can find the exact location of the sender by using GeoBytes IP Locator or IP2Location.

How to Track the location of an IP address

Lookup details about an IP address including location, ISP, hostname, type, proxy, blacklist status and more. Trace, Track and Locate an IP address.

In this post i want to show you some useful tips to find out the exact location of an IP address. For example, if you pick up a proxy from a proxy list (like SamAir.ru), you get only the country where the proxy is located. To find out the exact location of the IP you should perform a location lookup. There are many sites/services that can do this. My favourites and also the best ones (in my opinion) are GeoBytes IP Locator and IP2Location.

GeoBytes shows a Google map of city, along with a bunch of other information (country, city, latitude, longitude, distance to nearby cities, etc.) about the location itself.

IP2Location also offers the name of the ISP (Internet Service Provider).

If you want more information on an IP address, you can do a WHOIS search also. ARIN WHOIS Database gives you information on who hosts a certain IP address and their registration information.

Learn All About Spyware

A very detailed look at what spyware is, how it attaches itself to computers, and the common methods of prevention.

There are a lot of PC users that know little about "Spyware", "Malware", "hijackers", "Dialers" and many more. This post will help you avoid pop-ups, spammers and all those baddies.

What is spy-ware?

Spy-ware is Internet jargon for Advertising Supported software (Ad-ware). It is a way for shareware authors to make money from a product, other than by selling it to the users. There are several large media companies that offer them to place banner ads in their products in exchange for a portion of the revenue from banner sales. This way, you don't have to pay for the software and the developers are still getting paid. If you find the banners annoying, there is usually an option to remove them, by paying the regular licensing fee.

Known spywares

There are thousands out there, new ones are added to the list everyday. But here are a few:
Alexa, Aureate/Radiate, BargainBuddy, ClickTillUWin, Conducent Timesink, Cydoor, Comet Cursor, eZula/KaZaa Toptext, Flashpoint/Flashtrack, Flyswat, Gator, GoHip, Hotbar, ISTbar, Lions Pride Enterprises/Blazing Logic/Trek Blue, Lop (C2Media), Mattel Brodcast, Morpheus, NewDotNet, Realplayer, Songspy, Xupiter, Web3000, WebHancer, Windows Messenger Service.

How to check if a program has spyware?

This Little site keeps a database of programs that are known to install spyware.

Check Here: http://www.spywareguide.com/product_search.php

If you would like to block pop-ups (IE Pop-ups).

There tons of different types out there, but these are the 2 best, i think.

Try: Google Toolbar (http://toolbar.google.com/) This program is Free
Try: AdMuncher (http://www.admuncher.com) This program is Shareware

If you want to remove the "spyware" try these:

Try: Lavasoft Ad-Aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/) This program is Free
Info: Ad-aware is a multi spyware removal utility, that scans your memory, registry and hard drives for known spyware components and lets you remove them. The included backup-manager lets you reinstall a backup, offers and multi language support.

Try: Spybot-S&D (http://www.safer-networking.org/) This program is Free
Info: Detects and removes spyware of different kinds (dialers, loggers, trojans, user tracks) from your computer. Blocks ActiveX downloads, tracking cookies and other threats. Over 10,000 detection files and entries. Provides detailed information about found problems.

Try: BPS Spyware and Adware Remover (http://www.bulletproofsoft.com/spyware-remover.html) This program is Shareware
Info: Adware, spyware, trackware and big brotherware removal utility with multi-language support. It scans your memory, registry and drives for known spyware and lets you remove them. Displays a list and lets you select the items you'd like to remove.

Try: Spy Sweeper (http://www.webroot.com/wb/products/spysweeper/index.php) This program is Shareware
Info: Detects and removes spyware of different kinds (dialers, loggers, trojans, user tracks) from your computer.
The best scanner out there, and updated all the time.

Try: HijackThis (http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/) This program is Freeware
Info: HijackThis is a tool, that lists all installed browser add-on, buttons, startup items and allows you to inspect them, and optionally remove selected items.

If you would like to prevent "spyware" being install.

Try: SpywareBlaster (http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareblaster.html) This program is Free
Info: SpywareBlaster doesn`t scan and clean for so-called spyware, but prevents it from being installed in the first place. It achieves this by disabling the CLSIDs of popular spyware ActiveX controls, and also prevents the installation of any of them via a webpage.

Try: SpywareGuard (http://www.wilderssecurity.net/spywareguard.html) This program is Free
Info: SpywareGuard provides a real-time protection solution against so-called spyware. It works similar to an anti-virus program, by scanning EXE and CAB files on access and alerting you if known spyware is detected.

Try: XP-AntiSpy (http://www.xp-antispy.org/) This program is Free
Info: XP-AntiSpy is a small utility to quickly disable some built-in update and authentication features in WindowsXP that may rise security or privacy concerns in some people.

Try: SpySites (http://camtech2000.net/Pages/SpySites_Program.html) This program is Free
Info: SpySites allows you to manage the Internet Explorer Restricted Zone settings and easily add entries from a database of 1500+ sites that are known to use advertising tracking methods or attempt to install third party software.

If you would like more Information about "spyware".

Usefull tools...

Try: Stop Windows Messenger Spam (http://www.stopmessengerspam.com/) This program is Free
Info: "Stop Windows Messenger Spam" stops this Service from running and halts the spammers ability to send you these messages.

All these softwares will help remove and prevent evil spammers and spywares attacking your PC. I myself recommend getting "Spyblaster" "S&D Spybot" "Spy Sweeper" & "Admuncher" to protect your PC. A weekly scan is also recommended
